Hello Sebastian,

I've already made the modifications requested. Have you downloaded the updated file?

Now you can simply download it from http://xed.it/~exedre/mediapeer.tar.gz

Thank you,

Hello.

At first, the README file for the Images/ directory is still missing.

"If some of your files cannot carry such notices (e.g. binary files, images), then you can add a README file in the same directory containing the copyright and license notices. Check http://www.gnu.org/prep/maintain/html_node/Copyright-Notices.html for further
information."

At second, the .xrc files under interface/ lacks license+copyright notices, too.

At third, if the .sql files include usefull information and if it makes any sense to copyright them, please include there copyright+license information, too.

Furthermore and once more the license does not contain the last section, titled "How to Apply These Terms to Your New Programs".

Please use a complete verbatim copy of the license,
which may be found at http://www.gnu.org/licenses/gpl.txt,
http://www.gnu.org/licenses/lgpl.txt or http://www.gnu.org/licenses/fdl.txt.

The license must be copied verbatim and in its entirety.

Please provide us with an U P D A T E D tarball, thanks.
Regards,

Sebastian Wieseler <kickino>

Hi Sebastian,

Ok, I've added missing copyright information on xrc and sql files, and enclosed the verbatim copy of  GPL license. The file is in the same place.

Thank you,
Emmanuele

Hi,
I'm evaluating the project you submitted for approval in Savannah.

In order to release your project properly and unambiguously under the GNU GPL, please place copyright notices and ermission-to-copy statements at the beginning of every file of source code (check your .xrc, .sql).

In addition, please include a copy of the plain text version of the GPL, available from http://www.gnu.org/licenses/gpl.txt,
into a file named "COPYING".

For more information, see http://www.gnu.org/licenses/gpl-howto.html.

If some of your files cannot carry such notices (e.g. binary files, images), then you can add a README file in the same directory containing the copyright and license notices. Check http://www.gnu.org/prep/maintain/html_node/Copyright-Notices.html for further
information.

The GPL FAQ explains why these procedures must be followed.  To learn why a copy of the GPL must be included with every copy of the code, for example,
see http://www.gnu.org/licenses/gpl-faq.html#WhyMustIInclude.

Furthermore the license does not contain the last section, titled "How to Apply These Terms to Your New Programs".

Please use a complete verbatim copy of the license,
which may be found at http://www.gnu.org/licenses/gpl.txt,
http://www.gnu.org/licenses/lgpl.txt or http://www.gnu.org/licenses/fdl.txt.

The license must be copied verbatim and in its entirety.

If you are willing to make the changes mentioned above, please provide us with an URL to an updated tarball of your project.  Upon review, we will reconsider your project for inclusion in Savannah.

To help us better keep track of your registration, please use the tracker's web interface following the link below. Do not reply directly, the registration process is not driven by e-mail, and we will not receive such replies.

Some more informations are on the slides at http://www.radioradicale.it/mediapeer/mp/index.html

A little more technical informations are on http://www.radioradicale.it/mediapeer/mptr/index.html

We are at a very initial stage of development.

Note, please, we've tried to follow GNU guidelines in development so far but we were in hurry to show our software to commitents (to let they have a clearer idea of the software, which is ideed very complex to imagine). That's why something are not completely compliant. We did our best in just two month of development.

Next releases will try to follow all relevant GNU guidelines (as we want to be accepted in the GNU project).

Thank you,
Emmanuele Somma

You can download the code from http://bohr.vm.bytemark.co.uk/~exedre/mp/ (please authenticate with user/passwd mediapeer/parrozzo)
