Hello.

The license does not contain the last section, titled "How to Apply
These Terms to Your New Programs".

Please use a complete verbatim copy of the license,
which may be found at http://www.gnu.org/licenses/gpl.txt,
http://www.gnu.org/licenses/lgpl.txt or http://www.gnu.org/licenses/fdl.txt.

The license must be copied verbatim and in its entirety.

And then have a look at your Makefile again, the license notices isn't correct there.

Hi,

I'm sorry for the delay, but my work make me busy...

To answer to you:
Firstly, I don't find how to change yhe linux occurence in GNU/Linux. So if you can explain to me how to do, I will change it :) . It's a mistake.

Secondly, the archive I have mentionned is no my projet but this one is needed by mine. That why I have mentionned in the "Other Software Required" section.
You can find an archive from my projet at http://robot.enise.free.fr/Informatique/LabjackDaemon-0.2.tar.bz2

I'm french so all the comment in the code are in french. I will traduce then when I got more time.

I'm sorry for my poor english

Thanks you,
Regards

Hi,

I am waiting for an answer from you.

If within one week I still do not get a reply, I will remove your project.
You will still be able to register it again once you have the time to deal with the registration issues.

Are you still willing to host your project at Savannah?
If not, please tell us - we don't bite, and it will make us gain time.

Regards.

Hi,
I'm evaluating the project you submitted for approval in Savannah.

At first, "Linux" is just a kernel of a more complex system that we like to refer to
as GNU/Linux, to emphasize the ideals of the Free Software movement.

Would you mind changing references to Linux as an OS to GNU/Linux?

For more information, see http://www.gnu.org/gnu/linux-and-gnu.html.

At second, is http://www.labjack.com/files/linux-labjack.tar.gz the source code you want to publish on Savannah?

If 'yes', please noticed the following points about the tarball:

First of all, the address of the FSF has changed, and is now:

51 Franklin Street, Fifth Floor, Boston, MA 02110-1301 USA

Please update your license notices.

Updates versions of the GPL, LGPL and GFDL can also be found at:
http://www.gnu.org/licenses/gpl.txt
http://www.gnu.org/licenses/lgpl.txt
http://www.gnu.org/licenses/fdl.txt

Please update the copy of the license (usually, the 'COPYING' file) in your package as well.

You can find some background and a possible migration script at https://savannah.gnu.org/forum/forum.php?forum_id=3766

Then please write the /full/ license notices and permission-to-copy statements into every file of source code (including the Makefile, but only into files > 10 lines). See also http://www.gnu.org/licenses/gpl-howto.html

Furthermore some of your files lack copyright notices, please write them down as described in http://www.gnu.org/prep/maintain/html_node/Copyright-Notices.html,
too.
