Hi,

We did not get a response from you, so we deleted your project from the pending queue.

If you would still like to have your project hosted at Savannah, please register it again.

The re-registration URL found in our acknowledgment of your earlier registration will direct
you to the proper location where you can re-register your project.

Regards.

Hi,

I am waiting for an answer from you.

If within one week I still do not get a reply, I will remove your project. You will still be able to register it again once you have the time to deal with the registration issues.

Are you still willing to host your project at Savannah? If not, please tell us - we don't bite, and it will make us gain time.

Regards.

Hi,

If you have trouble adding README files in the directories, you can just include in the README you have, the license and copyright notices for all the gorm directories (and all the other directories that contain binary files - ie: Images). Something like:

"All the files in the follow directories are under the terms of the GNU GPL". And following that, the list of directories.

All these changes aren't to create problems on the maitanence process of your project, these changes are to keep your code well licensed and without troubles so every people can use it without license problems.
On the other hand, include the GNU GPL and GNU FDL in a text file doesn't mean that you are licensing all the files under these two license, in fact, these files are to keep the user up to date about the license. So to license your project you have to put the copyright holder and license notice in every file and if this isn't possible you must create a README as I suggest you before.

If you want to learn more about the GNU GPL consider to read these URLs:

http://www.gnu.org/licenses/gpl-howto.html
http://www.gnu.org/prep/maintain/html_node/Copyright-Notices.html#Copyright-Notices

http://www.gnu.org/prep/maintain/html_node/License-Notices.html#License-Notices

If you are willing to make the changes mentioned above, please provide us with an URL to an updated tarball of your project.  Upon review, we will reconsider your project for inclusion in Savannah.

To help us better keep track of your registration, please use the tracker's web interface following the link below. Do not reply directly, the registration process is not driven by e-mail, and we will not receive such replies.

Regards.

There's problems connected with adding README files to some directories inside the project:
 - ".gorm" directories are in fact "file packages". They are treated as a single closed structure and adding files to them is though possible, but could result in confusion.
 - adding a README file to other directories is easier, but then I'd also have to add special makefile rules to filter-out the README files from the final application (as the contents of these directories are all considered "resource" files of the app).

In short: what you request creates lots of problems and additional maintaining headache. And after all, the GPL and FDL are already included in the project and I think that it's obvious that obviously all files inside the project's directory hierarchy are under the same license (as denoted by the README in the root directory).

I've updated the README to explicitly state that all files in the package are licensed.

Hi,

I'm evaluating the project you submitted for approval in Savannah.

Some of your files cannot carry the copyright notices (e.g. binary files), so please add a README file in the same directory containing the copyright and license notices. Check http://www.gnu.org/prep/maintain/html_node/Copyright-Notices.html for further information.

The GPL FAQ explains why these procedures must be followed.  To learn why a copy of the GPL must be included with every copy
of the code, for example, see http://www.gnu.org/licenses/gpl-faq.html#WhyMustIInclude.

If you are willing to make the changes mentioned above, please provide us with an URL to an updated tarball of your project.
Upon review, we will reconsider your project for inclusion in Savannah.
