Hi,

We did not get a response from you, so we deleted your project from the pending queue.

If you would still like to have your project hosted at Savannah, please register it again.

The re-registration URL found in our acknowledgment of your earlier registration will direct you to the proper location where you can re-register your project.

Regards.

Hi,

I am waiting for an answer from you.

If within one week I still do not get a reply, I will remove your project. You will still be able to register it again once you have the time to deal with the registration issues.

Are you still willing to host your project at Savannah? If not, please tell us - we don't bite, and it will make us gain time.

Regards.

Hi,

I reviewed your source code and you have some little problems.

You have the copyright license missing in some files, in others the
notice license is missing too and other files have the two part of the
licensing process missing too, please consider to fix this. Remember
that any file with more than ten lines long should carry on a
copyright and license notice, this rules include sh files, sql files,
images files, etc. To avoid any confusion on this issue, consider to
read the follow two URLs:

    http://www.gnu.org/prep/maintain/html_node/Copyright-Notices.html
    http://www.gnu.org/prep/maintain/html_node/License-Notices.html

On the other hand, please remove GIF image files from your project and
replace them with an other format (such as PNG or JPEG).

Because of the patents (Unisys and IBM) covering the LZW compression
algorithm which are used when making GIF files, it's impossible to
have free software to generate proper GIFs.  These patents also apply
to the compress program.

For more information, see http://www.gnu.org/philosophy/gif.html.

If you are willing to make the changes mentioned above, please provide
us with an URL to an updated tarball of your project.  Upon review, we
will reconsider your project for inclusion in Savannah.

Regards.

Hello,
and thanks for your reply.

OpenRat is available at
http://dl.openrat.de/

you can download the last Snapshot at
http://dl.openrat.de/openrat-cvs-nightly.tar.gz

All files have a GPL-Notice-Header at the beginnung.
Only the files in directory "/db" are licenced under the PHP licence because they are derived work from the PEAR project.

regards
Jan

Hi,

I'm evaluating the project you submitted for approval in Savannah.

Can you provide us with an URL to download your tarball? or if you
prefer you can upload it to this tracker.

We wish to review your source code, even if it is not functional, to
catch potential legal issues early.

For example, to release your program properly under the GPL you must
include a copyright notice and permission-to-copy statements at the
beginning of every file of source code.  This is explained in
http://www.gnu.org/licenses/gpl-howto.html.  Our review would help
catch potential omissions such as these.

Regards,
