Hello.

Have a look at http://www.gnu.org/server/standards/README.translations.html

Danish is named but without any translation team (leader).
Please follow the instructions named on this page and mail
-email is unavailable-

Hopefully you get there (from them) the information you need for your work. :-)

Hi Sebastian.

I have noticed that some text already has been translated to Danish by:

Redigeret: 20. maj af Bent Guldbjerg Christensen <bentor@daimi.au.dk>

I am allmost finished with the FAQ - but I am not sure how to submit my
work.

I have tried to read the guides, but I am not sure I understand exactly what
to do.

Could you please tell me if the status of Bent Guldbjerg Christensen? Is he
a webmaster/translator or what.

My idea is to approach him and to try to work with him. I have also
contacted another Dane, to setup a small team.

Best regards,

Hoping to hearing from you.

/ Erik

I have now translated a major part of the FAQ.

The translation is in a OpenOffice.org file, so I'll have to figure out how to submit to the CVS.

Best regards,

Erik

Hello.

Do you have got any result of your translation(s)?

We'll move this item to the "translation teams"-requests.
So please reply to this tracker item when you have got any translated pages.

I am indeed working on the translation.

However I have not yet been able to figure out to handle the CVS, so up untill now I am working with the translations in OO.org files

Hello.

I've seen that your CVS tree is still empty and the whole project page, too.
Would you like we remove the project or you are still working on it?

Regards,

1. Hmmm, that's what happens when message is partially copy/pasted from another one :) I did meant Danish, so please contact the GNU webmasters if not already.

2. Good. I approved your project.

1.
You write Norwegian - I guess you mean Danish.

2.
wwwda is fine

Hi,

I see that there is a entry in
http://www.gnu.org/server/standards/README.translations.html for
Norvegian, although there is no maintainer specified. Did you contact the GNU translation coordinator? (web-translators@gnu.org)

We are organizing the translations pages at the moment. So, the project webpages temporarily set your webpage to http://www.nongnu.org (although the translations will still be posted at http://www.gnu.org) - I'll keep you informed.

'danish' is too general for a project system name. In an effort to uniformize www.gnu.org translations projects, would "wwwda" be ok?
