Hi Alejandro,

Well, I deleted your project from the pending lists, so you can
re-registered again in the future.

Hi Alejandro,

I am waiting for an answer from you.

If within one week I still do not get a reply, I will remove your
project. You will still be able to register it again once you have the
time to deal with the registration issues.

Jonathan Gonzalez V. <zeus>

Hi Alejenadro,

Apologize for the delay in my answer, but your email was missing in my
box, that's why we prefer to manage all the answers in the tracker :).

As you said that the submission must wait, how much time will be?, we
do not want to have submissions stand by, if you are agree, we prefer
to delete the project from the pending list and then you can submitted
again in the future, are you agree with this?

Jonathan Gonzalez V. <zeus>

Hi Alejandro,

I had already changed the system name to 'aitalc'.

Well, yes you have to include the 3 paragraphs of the License notice,
this it's pointed in the GNU GPL How-to, you can read it here:

     http://www.gnu.org/licenses/gpl-howto.html

"The copying permission statement should come right after the
copyright notices. For a one-file program, the statement (for the GPL)
should look like this:"..."For programs that are more than one file,
it is better to replace "this program" with the name of the program,
and begin the statement with a line saying "This file is part of
NAME". For instance,"..."This statement should go near the beginning
of every source file, close to the copyright notices."

As you can see, this it's a very important step. Are you agree with add
the License notice to every file of your project?

Please, all your future answer write them to the tracker and not by
email to my or to the mailing list.

Regards,

Yes, was not clear at all what system name meant, I thought had to do with
the categories found in FSF for instance. Let's use aitalc instead.

Well there are many, many files, all of them with at least the header
# This file is part of aITALC
# Copyright (C) 2004 Alejandro Lorca <email@account.no.reply.>
and a COPYING file in the main directory. If I have to include 3
paragraphs in all the files then I give up!

The updated tarball of the project is at
http://www-zeuthen.desy.de/theory/aitalc/downloads/aitalc-1.2.tar.gz

Is this allright?

Hi Alejandro,

I'm evaluating the project you submitted for approval in Savannah.

As I see you misunderstood what it's the system name, because
'science' as a system too generic and I think that you will want to
use 'aitalc' as system name, can you clarify more in what will be your
system name?. We can change the system name during the approval
process, you just have to give us the new system name.

You have the License notice missing in all your files, consider to fix
this. In order to learn more about the GNU GPL consider to read this
URL: http://www.gnu.org/licenses/gpl-howto.html

To avoid confusions about the License notice consider to read this
URL: http://www.gnu.org/prep/maintain/html_node/License-Notices.html

If you are willing to make the changes mentioned above, please provide
us with an URL to an updated tarball of your project.  Upon review, we
will reconsider your project for inclusion in Savannah.

  aITALC
an Integrated Tool for Automated Loop Calculations
Performs automated perturbative loop calculations of cross sections in high energy physics.
The main goal is to create numerical programs directly from Feynman rules. It is actually developed for few known models like the electroweak standard model and QED, and the limit of application is, for the moment, the 2 to 2 particles reactions involving only external fermions.
