Description:

"Boots Puzzle" is the engine for an extensible 2D puzzle game based on movement.
Puzzles are rooms with an entry, and exit, and various items scattered around the room.
Among those items, boots are specific items that alter the way you move.
Puzzle's resolution resolve around picking and using the proper boots to reach the exit of the room.

The game is written in Ruby, and consist mostly of a Ruby-based language to create and script puzzles.

The game is extensible via a plugin mechanism that makes it possible to create new rooms, new type of boots, and script events.

The game comes with a level editor using the Shoes toolkit.

The game should work on i686 pc under GNU/Linux.
