Hello,

Currently we lack people to review projects, so we
cannot accept new projects for a little while.

I'm closing this project submission now, so the Savannah will get a chance to
reorganize the approval process more efficiently.

Thanks again and sorry for the inconvenience.

Hi,

Have you any news ?
Did you still want savannah hosting ?
Did you need more time ?
Just keep me informed.

Regards,

Jean-Michel Frouin <snoogie>

Hi,

I can understand, I work too.
I put your submission in "postponed" state.
Feel free to post a tarball when you can.

Regards,

Jean-Michel

Dear Jean-Michel,

I'm sorry, but is a period of hard work and making a tarball requires time I haven't now… :-(
When I sent the request I was free, but now is different: I have to close some projects as freelancer.
If it's not a problem, please wait and freeze the submission: I promise I'll send you the tarball as soon as possible :-)

Thank you very much
Best regards

Thank you very much.
Everyone can freely access the source code, because it is xhtml+xforms+css+javascript, but I would like code hosting to simplify download and for eventual php code.

I'll send you soon a tarball of the actual source code.

Best regards

Hi,

We can create an account for your project without source code hosting (in order to give you access to mailing list or trackers features) or we can host your source code, but for the moment we cannot integrate it as savannah portion.

Please tell us if this is ok for you. Then please add a tarball of your source code and be sure it fits all requirements (https://savannah.gnu.org/maintenance/ProjectApproval). We need to have an url on your source code in order to be sure the source code is freely accessible. And finally we need to review your source code to be sure your project is compatible with free software. (And if there are no proprietary dependencies)

Regards,
Jean-Michel

Sinapsi will be a stand alone project, but as a semantic descriptor/searchengine of ideas, projects, resources, people and groups could be useful for Savannah. If you want you can help Sinapsi development as Savannah team and, once it has reached an alpha version, you can think about including it in Savannah's interface, enhancing its functionalities.

Mainly Sinapsi could be a complementary enhancement to actual Savannah functions, permitting more precise semantic descriptions and creating connections between the different elements (persons, groups and resources).

If you aren't interested, it will be a standalone project :-)

Now it's code is simply xhtml + xforms + css and you can evaluate the first steps at http://sinapsi.isotype.org (using mozilla firefox with xforms extension).

I understand you have few elements to evaluate, but you should understand I have just started working on it and I have choosen to publish it on Savannah to get help :-D

Thank you very much

Hi,

I am waiting for an answer from you.
If within one week I still do not get a reply, I will remove your project. You will still be able to register it again once you have the time to deal with the registration issues.
Are you still willing to host your project at Savannah? If not, please tell us - we don't bite, and it will make us gain time.

Regards,
Jean-Michel

Hi,
I'm evaluating the project you submitted for approval in Savannah. While doing so I have noticed a few problems which are described below.

You ask for emebedded it in Savannah, what did you mean ?

Then you ask to host your source code, as Official GNU project. If you would like to offer your project to the GNU project, please contact the GNU Eval team, following the instructions at http://www.gnu.org/help/evaluation.html .

If you are willing to clear the questions above, please provide us a tarball of your project.  Upon review, we will reconsider your project for inclusion in Savannah.
To help us better keep track of your registration, please use the tracker's web interface following the link below. Do not reply directly, the registration process is not driven by e-mail, and we will not receive such replies.

Regards.
