Hi Sylvain,

As you see in the bottom of the discussion the project's name is now "freepay".

I 've found that the url is https://savannah.nongnu.org/projects/openpay/
and cvs
-d:pserver:anonymous@cvs.savannah.nongnu.org:/sources/openpay

I hope the project will be located at https://savannah.nongnu.org/projects/freepay/
I haven't found myself how to correct it. Can you change that ?

Regards,

Yann

Hi,

I approved your project.

You'll receive a notification mail shortly.

PS: Note that it would be better to include a complete license header (instead of a single line) in each file.

PPS: I run Iceweasel, Debian's friendly fork of Firefox, and freepay.fr greets me with:

"Votre navigateur est très certainement Internet Explorer or ce site est prévu pour fonctionner avec le navigateur Web libre Mozilla Firefox. Veuillez donc télécharger et installer la dernière version de Mozilla Firefox pour consulter ce site."

You may want to fix it :)

Hi Patrick,

Permission de copy and copyright placed at the beginning of each file. Done.

Rename the file <gpl.txt> to COPYING. Done.

Add a README file in image directory. Done.

I accept to use "freepay" instead of "openpay". The project is now called "FreePay : Free Payment". Done.

The new domain name for the project is http://freepay.fr/
Can be downloaded at http://freepay.fr/freepay.7z

Hope that helps,

Yann

Please note also that Savannah's mission is to host free software projects, and we want the public to think of them as free software projects.  A project name that says "open" will tend to lead people to think of the project as "open source" instead of "free software".

We would be glad if you accept to use "free" instead of "open" in your project name.

Cheers.

Hi Yann,

I'm evaluating the project you submitted for approval in Savannah.

In order to release your project properly and unambiguously under the GNU GPL, please place copyright notices and permission-to-copy statements at the beginning of every copyrightable file, usually any file more than 10 lines long.

In addition, please rename the file <gpl.txt> to COPYING.

For more information, see http://www.gnu.org/licenses/gpl-howto.html.

Some of your files cannot carry such notices (e.g. binary or images files), then you can add a README file in the same directory containing the copyright and license notices. Check http://www.gnu.org/prep/maintain/html_node/Copyright-Notices.html for further information.

The GPL FAQ explains why these procedures must be followed.  To learn why a copy of the GPL must be included with every copy of the code, for example, see http://www.gnu.org/licenses/gpl-faq.html#WhyMustIInclude.

Regards.
