Corresponding source code
Implemented +r/R and +v/Vy usermodes.
And ability to ban users from channels $RR and $RV ban types. No suppresion from /list currently.
I'm thinking this should happen when a broad mask like * is used.
I don't think scanning channel ban lists during /list is an option. Perhaps services should handle this?
