Right now, the pipeline does not check the existence of very low level programs necessaries from the beginning. As a consequence, if these programs do not exist, it will crash. It would be good to have checks and warnings if there is any problem so the pipeline won't crash.
For example, for those systems which need a host `gcc' (Mac OS systems), check if it already exists. And if not, print a warning suggesting to install them. Following this particular example about `gcc' and Mac OS systems, lets notice that it could be done using Homebrew.
