Thank you for fixes!

configure.ac still claims the GPLv2+.

src/Makefile.am has an obviously invalid copyright notice: it is not copyrighted by the FSF; the licensing notice suggests that it applies to Makefile.in rather than Makefile.am.

Also, it's recommended to use the canonical form of the license notice like suggested in http://www.gnu.org/licenses/gpl-howto.html
(that is, without "implygen" and with the URL instead of the postal address of the FSF).

When these issues are fixed, you can submit a new request for a
package with Unix name "lygen" instead of "lyg".

By the way, you could make the evaluation considerably easier if you submitted a tarball containing just source files, without compiled object code, dependencies and the files generated and added by Autotools.

All files should have valid copyright and licensing notices, including files like Makefile.am and configure.ac.

Your files claim that they are under the GPLv2+, but LICENSE.txt is GPLv3 (also, your licensing notice uses a wrong FSF address).

At last, "lyg" is too short; why not use "lygen" instead?
