The Tryton synchronization engine is incompatible with GNU Health 3.0 , and we've been told by Tryton maintainer that won't be part of Tryton.
The synchro engine[1] will be replaced by the GNU Health Federation[2] in the upcoming version 3.2. It will of course be public, and an integral component of GNU Health, maintained by the GNU Health community.
