The Tryton synchronization engine is incompatible with GNU Health 3.0 ,  and we've been told by Tryton maintainer that won't be part of Tryton.

The synchro engine[1] will be replaced by the GNU Health Federation[2] in the upcoming version 3.2. It will of course be public, and an integral component of GNU Health, maintained by the GNU Health community.

We will install and enable the synchronization engine in the community server.

Some community members are deploying the GNU Health in distributed environments, and is important we can have a way of having a testing central instance, where the satellites around the world can connect.
