Use rec name for the test type when generating the QRcode string.

Dear all


Included the lab test labels, with the QR encoded information.

Within the report, there is a section that is to place on  the test tube cap.

The development DB (air32) on the community server has been updated, so you can test it.

Health -> Lab Test results -> Print label

GNU Health will provide the functionality to generate labels for lab tests orders, including the QR code

The information encoded will contain :

-> Patient name and ID
-> Timestamp of collection   
-> Ordering health professional
-> Test type
-> Lab test order ID
