This more logical approach will make the functionality for live births only.

We will remove stillbirths from this model.

Created the shortcut from the patient, and the relational field on the newborn.

The newborn has a newborn ID, and it will remain that ID until it is assigned a person / individual identification number from the local legal authorities.

We will implement the functionality to generate a new person from the newborn. This will allow to also have the newborn with a "patient" status.
