"alias": completely done, with brackets and even parentheses (see task #13103)

"is": done, now optional

"alias": done, currently only as a synonym to both prefix and infix notations -- no brackets yet :-)

To improve Eiffel visibility it is necessary to be less fragmented.
The Eiffel communities should speak more betwen them.

I think it should have an effort of each parts.
In this goal I propose some syntax changes :

  • Depreciate "is"
  • Replace "indexing" with "note" (conciser)
  • Replace "infix" with "alias" (better expressiveness)
  • Replace "creation" with "create" (better keyword unity)

A simple automatic refactoring will enable to conform current codes.
