Hi,

Thank you for your submission! I'm very sorry for the delay; I evaluated your project--and as there are no problems with it--am going to approve it. If it's too late and you don't need the hosting capabilities any more, please tell me.

Happy hacking!

Registration Details

  • Name: c scufl development kit
  • System Name: cscufl
  • Type: non-GNU software & documentation
  • License: GNU General Public License v2 or later

Description:

I wrote a small set of functions and macros to help C programmers easily produce workflows in the scufl format.
SCUFL is an XML format that stands for Simple Conceptual Unified Flow Language. It is a free format and can be parsed by the majority of the workflow managemet systems, such as Taverna, Galaxy, etc..
See for instance
http://www.taverna.org.uk/developers/taverna-1-7-x/architecture/scufl/
Main advantage is that for large workflows cscufl greatly reduces the time needed to generate a workflow.
cscufl was written in C on a free GNU/Linux computer.

Other Software Required:

None. Runs on all free GNU/Linux OSs

Does not include media files.
