thanks for submitting your project to Savannah! I looked over your tarball and noticed the following problematic things:

  • All files in IMG/ subdirectory are missing copyright and license header. Please include them the same way as you did in the other source files.
  • You submitted your project specifying GPL v2 or later. The COPYING file however contains the old Library GPL (additionally the text was modified) but the license headers again say GPL v2 or later. You now have two options:
    • Change the COPYING file to GPL v2 or later. The license headers stay as they are and the project will be created with GPL v2 or later (as you specified).
    • Replace the COPYING file with a verbatim copy of Library GPL (without modifying it) and change all license headers to say Library GPL and the project will be created with Library GPL. I do not recommend this, first because Library GPL has been superseded by the Lesser GPL[1] and second because the GPL ensures that your library won't be linked with proprietary programs[2].

Please update your files accordingly and reupload the tarball.
