Addon".

Hello.

I'm closing timeouted projects.

As didn't get response from you in the required time I delete the
submission.  You can re-register this, or another project when you
have time to deal with the full registration process.

Regards.

Hi,

I am waiting for an answer from you.

If within two weeks I still do not get a reply, I will remove
your project.  You will still be able to register it again once
you have the time to deal with the registration issues.

Are you still willing to host your project at Savannah? If not,
please tell us--we don't bite, and it will make us gain time.

Regards.

Hi Regis,

I am reviewing your submission on behalf of Savannah, sorry for the delay. There are a few issues with it:

  • First, you speak about "OpenSource", which is directly against the hosting requirements for Savannah.
  • The top folder is called "Milestone", when a more logical name would be the package name followed by the version: e.g. dolistore-0.1.
  • All files have Windows permissions, which translates to having everything executable on GNU/Linux.
  • The package could use a README file in the top level directory. This file is very useful for users and possible contributors. Here you may specify how to run dolistore, besides copyright statements and contact information.
  • You have included all CVS folders in the zip file provided. This could be bothersome for importing into the version control system of your choice. It's better to do cvs export instead.
  • There is no author or license statements for the file img/object_milestone.png. This information is usually included in the README file.
  • There is no license file in the top directory (usually called LICENSE, COPYING or similar).

Of all these, only the last two are mandatory; the rest are just recommendations. Could you upload a new compressed file which solves these issues so we can continue with the process? Thanks!

Registration Details

  • Name: Dolibarr Addon
  • System Name:  dolistore
  • Type: non-GNU software & documentation
  • License: GNU General Public License v2 or later

Description:

Dolibarr ERP/CRM addon
multi external module for dolibarr erp/crm
programming language : php

Dolibarr is a modular software (you have the functions you want) to management companies, freelancers or foundations. It is an OpenSource project based on a WAMP or LAMP server (Apache, Mysql, PHP). Dolibarr differs from offers software such as OpenAguila, OpenBravo, OpenERP (Ex TinyERP) Neogia, Compiere, Adempiere, by the fact that everything is done to provide simplicity:

  • Simple to install (with the installer for Windows DoliWamp, for those who do not know how to install an Apache server, MySQL, PHP, with a web assistant for others, no additional components required, no Java, no Python, no Perl, no PEARL PHP modules, no other exotic library).
  • Simple to use (any module can be disabled to removed not required features, only the mechanism of permissions can not be disabled).
  • Simple for development (no heavy frameworks). Dolibarr, developed in PHP object, incorporates its own natural code, allowing every developer to be immediately operational without knowledge other than PHP).
