5.1 head: Output the first part of files
[---8<---]
‘-n n’
‘--lines=n’
Output the first n lines. However, if n starts with a ‘-’, print all but the last n lines of each file.
[---8<---]

5.2 tail: Output the last part of files
[---8<---]
‘-n n’
‘--lines=n’
Output the last n lines.
[---8<---]

Add support for skipping a fixed number of lines at the beginning of the file as 'head' do at the end.
