OS: Windows 2000
cvs: recent

1. On Win32 open and save dialogs only display the
current drive.

See http://www.xdev.org/shots/Ink.app-win32-OpenDialog.jpg

2. Home buttons is nonfunctional.

3. Pressing the eject button causes a NSInvalidArgument
exception (no eject command on windoze).

Thoughts on 1: GTK adds all drives to the left folders
pane as A:\, C:\ etc. Special folders such as the
Network neighbourhood and the deskop, My Computer, etc
are ignored.

Thoughts on 3: Windows explorer has the possibility to
eject cd drives and to disconnect network mapped
drives, so this is probably somewhere in the (very
ugly) win32api.
Checking drive for its type (cdrom, zip, network drive)
could allow the use of special eject buttons for every
type (would be very elegant imho).
