sr #104856: what is "modlist" in "--enable-sql=modlist?

Hello. Can you pls help? Heres what I did:
#./configure --prefix=/usr/local/radius
             --with-php=/usr/local/php
             --with-mysql=/usr/local/mysql/lib/mysql
             --enable-sql=modlist

When Im done installing/running it. I have this message in the radius.log that is telling me that Radiusd is not compiled  with SQL support. Why is that? Since i did --enable-sql=modlist. What is "modlist"? Can you pls correct my ./configure script options?
