I should also add (given a recent thread), that I also do not have access to a Windows server w/ IPMI on it.  So I don't have the present ability to learn/experiment with a port for Windows.

I'm hoping someone from the community would be able to add the support.

Awhile back I made sure that FreeIPMI could compile under cygwin for Windows and appeared to work.  I know that an engineer at Fujitsu would develop/debug under cygwin in Windows too.

However, I have not done this recently and am unsure if there were porting mistakes.

Compiling under something like Visual C++, that I don't know, I personally don't have the knowledge/experience to do that.

Hello Team,

How can I build FreeIPMI for Windows? We are planning to deploy it in our product.

Thanks,
Ashok
