So it is always going to fail.  Please migrate to something else.

ciabot.py has been disabled globally on savannah.

Please remove the call to ciabot.py in the site-wide git repository hook.  Because CIA has died, failure of this hook is disabling pushes to the gpsd repo and probably many other projects as well.

I have written a replacement service and can provide both a replacement hook and service daemon for Savannah to deploy, contact me about it.
