Update: I should be able to get this done this weekend.

It's also worth noting that this may very well be the issue which is blocking us from hotmail.

I'll rework the mail configuration over the weekend to avoid those headers.  They're also likely the cause of Savannah's mail being blocked by hotmail.

This is likely caused by the Received: lines that are in RFC1918 address
space.

The spamassassin tests that fired were external blocklist.
I suggest the Savannah hackers make sure that mail that is sent from
that system does not include Received: lines that point to non-routable
hosts.
