It would be cool if spamass-milter would provide a parameter to define the SMTP code and message upon mail rejection. Currently, SMTP code and message are hardcoded in spamass-milter.cpp:

  smfi_setreply(ctx, "550", "5.7.1", "Blocked by SpamAssassin");

This is fine as a default, but should be changeable.
