Bummer....!

Thanks a lot Sam, I wasn't aware of that!!!
This will save me a lot of work!

I'l look at the packages configuration of my Cygwin instalation and eventually install it and try it out.

Thanks a lot again,

Henry.

cygwin already comes with clisp.
clisp cygwin maintainer (Reini Urban) will probably package ffcall for cygwin too.
ask on the cygwin mailing list.

I maybe should have mentioned that I am trying to compile using "cygwin" under M$ Windows.

your only option at this time is CVS.
it us sufficiently stable, see https://savannah.gnu.org/cvs/?group=libffcall
note that some linux distributors (e.g., debian)
already package ffcall.
others (e.g., fedora) should start doing that soon.

Hi,

When trying to compile CLISP, it seems that I have to have libffcall, but it is nowhere available on the net as an downloadable archive (zip, tarball) etc.
(The tab download here is also empty)

I am very new to software engineering and don't want to go use CVS at ths moment, not sure if this is a usable/stable version.

Could you please make available an archive for download on this site or any other site.

Tgank you,

Henry.
