Thanks again!

As long as mail to -unavailable- makes it through to -unavailable- and vice-versa, the mail for -unavailable- makes it through to -unavailable- and vice-versa, and the archives stay combined, I will remain happy.
Hrm. Would like to see that the news-gateway remains operable too.
Unless there is anything you think you still need to do here, I think this issue can be closed.

This is just an alias. It works just the same as the other mail address.

-unavailable- once led me to think CVS was a GNU project :)

Thanks!

Does this include the archives and mail directed at the list?

Why would this be needed?

I asked the FSF sysadmin to add the redirection from http://www.gnu.org. It should be setup in a few days.
bug-cvs and info-cvs can now be reached from both @gnu.org and @nongnu.org. I can setup the mailing list so that references to the domain name become nongnu.org instead gnu.org if needed.

I would be happy if http://www.gnu.org/software/cvs redirected to http://www.nongnu.org/cvs. I just committed a copy of http://www.gnu.org/software/cvs for now and I should get a proper page up there within a few days.
Also, any necessary aliasing between -unavailable- and -unavailable- and similar lists on nongnu.org is fine with me, just, please, please, please, don't lose the bug-cvs & info-cvs archives. :)
Thanks for the directory update link. I'll look into it.

Maybe it would be less confusing if http://www.gnu.org/software/cvs redirected to http://www.nongnu.org/cvs/ (which you already control). What do you think?
Likewise, we could add an alias -unavailable- and other @gnu.org mailing lists.
The FSF directory is not directly accessible (everything is checked). Check http://directory.fsf.org/help/directory.html for how to send new information.

Can we (the CVS project) have control of <http://www.gnu.org/software/cvs/>? Also, can we have control of <http://directory.fsf.org/cvs.html> or could you tell me who to talk to about updating it? Both pages are very out of date.
Thanks,
