I am working on a plugin for phpGroupware, and one of
the "features" is the ability to schedule appointments
with people stored in another database. The requirement
is that the title and the description fields are
pre-filled in, with the user being able to modify them.
Right now, the only way that I have been able to get
this functionality is by hacking the calendar source.

I have included the changes that I made, compared to
the version in CVS:
