As best I can tell without buying a copy of the C99 standard, the second argument to frexp(3) is always a pointer to int. Int is not necessarily the same size as size_t (or whatever scm defines 'sizet' to), which would cause scm_bigdblcomp to fail on some machines. The attached patch fixes this.
