The attached patch adds detection for Fujitsu compilers. All Fujitsu compilers (C, C++, Fortran) define _FUJITSU. As Fujitsu compilers also define __GNUC_ when called in GCC compatibility mode (-Xg), I added fujitsu before gnu.
