Some of the documentation in 2.2.0 is out of date, either still referring to the last 2.0 release, or leaving out options new in 2.2.0. The attached patch against 2.2.0 fixes this, and also updates copyright years in the source.

Thank you David, your thoroughness is appreciated, committed in r4453.
I think we should consider the undo code experimental, as I have been able to crash it still by playing around with it. I think there is cleanup left to do with the undo structure, which to be blunt is quite messy. But if I had delayed calling the code 2.2 until undo was completely stable it probably would have never come.
