I made a GSDoc to Microsoft help (chm) translator and it barfed on colons in hyperlinks. The cleanest fix seemed to be to change autogsdoc to convert : to $ in hyperlinks.

Corresponding source code
Since this patch was broken, I wrote new code to do what the patch intended, and change colons in hyperlinks to dollars in the html documentation.
As far as I can tell the new version does not break anything and (presumably) the problem this patch was intended to address therefore no longer exists.
