Applied to git, d1ee41f3.  Thanks.  But I changed it quite a bit, because I didn't like the '+' and '-' coming so close together when they are completely unrelated.

As of current git (3719d8e), nano's documentation has been updated to more accurately describe how it treats "-" as a filename.  However, usage() still needs to be similarly updated.  The attached patch does this.
