patch #8631: make version number explaination in `info` clear

Sat 28 Mar 2015 06:23:15 PM UTC, original submission:   the explaination in the info file is confusing, as the major and the minor version is both denoted as "MM" and the complete version is denoted as "MMMM". the patch attached replaces all strings "MM" referencing to the minor version with "mm".	benaryorg <benaryorg>
