Hi all,

I implemented octave & matlab interfaces for ITSOL last year.

The last step is integration into octave source. It requires the
understanding of autoconf and octave source structures.

To run the test, first run "make" in the main directory and then run
"make octave" in the interface sub directory. documentations are in each
source files.
