Corresponding source code
Currently, vapt-get only supports --all, while vsomething supports a bunch more.
Since --all is not so useful with internal package management (resulting in a bunch of errors for stopped vservers), --running is more useful.
The attached patch adds support for --running, --stopped, --marked and --unmarked, which are simply passed on to vsomething.
