The current support for cross-compiling support in nano provides a misleading --target option for configure.

This option is only ever useful for compilers and other tools that generate or deal with executable code, and should not be used by standard applications.

The attached patch replaces the AC_CANONICAL_TARGET macro with AC_CANONICAL_HOST that provides just --host and --build options.
