All of configuration can be controlled by commandline options.
Configuration file can be appointed by commandline options.
Phc will search "./phc.conf","~/phc.conf" and "/etc/phc.conf"
without passing this option to commandline.
Output file and input file with full path can be set by user.
Phc prefers commandline option if there is a different setting in configuration file.
Phc is rewritten and ported to SunOS and OSF1.
