GNU Hello is now using git as its VCS, to make it easier to use tools such as gnulib, and be more representative of mainstream GNU development practice.

update documentation license to GFDLv1.3+; the usual infrastructure and translation updates; one bug fix: the last greeting-specification option now wins.

I released hello version 2.2 in November 2006, bringing it up to date with current GNU infrastructure (Automake, Autoconf, Gettext, Gnulib, etc.).
