We do not allow projects' CVSROOT/ directories to be modified any longer.
We are working on a web interface to allow you to safely configure log_accum and commit_prep in your CVSROOT.
Meanwhile, you can ask us to manually make the changes for you. Please post a support request at https://savannah.gnu.org/support/?group=administration providing the following information:
- project (system) name;
- email address to send commit logs to;
- do you want to see the changes (diffs) along with the notification?;
- optional separate email address to send diffs to. By defaut, diffs are appended to the notification mail, if activated;
- optionaly, a list of directories to monitor, if you don't want to get notifications for the whole repository;
Savannah hackers: to handle such a request for CVS notifications, use https://savannah.gnu.org/cvs/admin/?group=foo (only accessible to sv admins).
For notifications for a subversion repository, see /root/administration/svn.txt.
For bzr notifications, see the Bzr page here.
