I strongly dispute the "correct" answer to #6. I answered 3; the GPL does allow charging for the cost of distribution of source code in the written offer, but no more. |

I answered 3 too. The issue isn't the distribution cost. V and VII are okay. IV and VI are not okay because the GNU licence requires that if an offer of source code be made it be made available to "any third party" (section 3b). IV and VI restrict the offer to those who ordered binary CDs.
