Savannah certificate renewed

Item posted by Loïc Dachary <loic> on Tue 26 Jun 2001 10:47:36 AM UTC.

The SSL certificate for Savannah expired June 25 2001. It was renewed for another six months. Your navigator will tell you that the certificate you used so far to connnect to Savannah expired. You can safely tell your navigator to continue with this certificate but you will have to do so every time you connect to Savannah using SSL. If you want to get rid of this message, you can go to the Security menu of your navigator and delete the certificate associated to Savannah. The next time you connect to Savannah with SSL, the renewed certificate will be loaded and the expiration message will disapear.

Thank you for your patience,

Note to Mozilla 0.9 users: the delete button of the certificate management interface is not working. You can remove the ~/.mozilla/cert7.db file to get rid of the old certificate.
