Using wget-1.14 from homebrew on macosx.

Today, I executed the command
wget http://ftpmirror.gnu.org/libsigsegv/libsigsegv-2.10.tar.gz

This failed after 20 tries as follows:

Giving up.

It would be nicer for the user if upon each retry it
did the original fetch. That would give wget a better
chance of succeeding when fetching from a round robin
redirector that has bad mirrors in its list.
