I'd say we should check for RTMP support in libcurl at ./configure time and RECOMMEND to get it if not present. Also, we don't run the test for RTMP when support is unavailable.

Test (patch #8086) succeeds on debian because they build curl with rtmp support since [0]. On fedora they don't, see $ curl-config --protocols

Any alternative way? Checking whether rtmp support is present?
