The Gegenbbauer polynomials degenerate to Chebyshev polynomials when lambda is zero and can hence be evaluated using T_n(x) = cos(n * acos(x)) when |x| <= 1 and cosh(n * acosh(x)) otherwise. The intent here is evidently to use the first form when |x| <= 1 but to rely on the gegenbauer recuurence relation when |x| > 1 rather than using the hyperbolic function form. I have hence changed the conditional expression to match this intent.

Redundant if for ode-initval2/driver.c removed in bzr rev 4829. Thanks!

Reported by David Binderman:

[gegenbauer.c:110]: (warning) Logical disjunction always evaluates to true: x>= -1.0 || x <= 1.0.

[driver.c:114]: (warning) Logical disjunction always evaluates to true: hmin>= 0.0 || hmin < 0.0.
