Implemented in revision 5255. The option works both with -w and without it. In the latter case, if more than one file matches, the user is presented a menu node, listing the matches and allowing him to select one of them. During the interactive session, this menu node can be visited again by pressing 'C-x f' (in Emacs mode) or ':a' (in vi mode).

If only one file matches, it is visited as usual. Similarly, if no matches are found, the dir is shown (i.e. the behavior is the same as without -a).

Please test and let me know if it works for you.

It shouldn't be too bad if limited to --where, at least for starters?

Anyway, please hold off on committing anything (just in case), since I think we're about to make the release.

Somehow I have missed this one. Compared to man, it is more difficult to implement, indeed. I'll see what can be done.

It would be nice to support --all in Info, a la man, where it makes sense. Notably with --where. Would also make sense with --output. I.e., when Info doesn't enter interactive mode.

Suggestion from Aaron Davies, http://lists.gnu.org/archive/html/bug-texinfo/2013-01/msg00042.html.
