I am getting an odd error from rlog:

tgoodman@bakedpotatoe //notsure/cvs/MHPro
$ rlog Makefile,v

rlog: Makefile,v:439: missing `desc' keyword
rlog aborted

tgoodman@bakedpotatoe //notsure/cvs/MHPro
$ uname -a
CYGWIN_NT-5.1 bakedpotatoe 1.7.9(0.237/5/3) 2011-03-29 10:10 i686 Cygwin

cygwin seems to be using rcs version 5.8-1
This error does occur when using rcs version 5.7-25 under ubuntu.
This error does not occur when using rcs version 5.7-11 under cygwin.
