In large build, it is not uncommon to have quite a few undefined variable, nor is it necessarily a bug... but usually trying to $(call and undefined function is an indication of a bug/typo
These kind of bug are pretty hard to diagnose, especially when the build system make complex use of $(eval and nested $(call, so using --warn-undefined-variables is way too noisy.

The proposed patch is to add a new command line flags to display a warning when an attempt is made to do $(call <undefined>

The attached patch is based on a vanilla 3.82
