testsuite invokes programs (cpio, genfile) without $(EXEEXT) extension, which makes it fail on MingW32/Wine.

I'm afraid I don't know the magic to pass $(EXEEXT) to the autotest files, but I suppose it's trivial for those familiarised with this framework Here's a patch just to show which ones are affected.
